Kyffin Williams is most known for his subjective landscape paintings, which often include people within them. This is due to landscape painting being one of the most important genres seen in Western paintings. He also painted a number of portrait paintings of farmers.Williams looks at the rural farmers of North Wales and attempts to paint the emotional connections that the farmer has with the land.
